An ADVENT PAUSE

In our rush culture;
We miss so much of the real meaning and beauty of life.
We lose sight of the dignity of creation.
We gloss over our relationships.
We neglect our Soul care.
To this I remember our LORD saying,
"BE STILL and KNOW that I AM GOD."

HEAVENLY PEACE,
I center myself in an AWARENESS of YOUR DIVINE PRESENCE.
I SILENCE the inner chatter of my thoughts.
I Luxuriate in an atmosphere of GRACE.
I am immersed in THE HEALING OF THE LORD.
In BLESSED TRINITY I REST.
